is made in cs3 but I think it should be no problem to open it in cs2

Hi, now I see you have this under "Resources & Stock Images"...yet, it the past, I lost a lot of Photoshop Modification Work that included this image.....Maybe it was because I used this image, and maybe because of other copyright factors...
Nevertheless, though, before I would dare use this image again for any of my future art, I need to know if it is alright with you that I do so.

After every image I made using this circle, I posted a message with a link to the image, on your profile, stating what I had made...yet you have never responded to any of the messages to let me know if you were okay with me using the symbol...

Thus, I'm now asking you, to please, please, please, reply back to this message so that I may know if I can use this beautifully made image, legitimately in any of my future art pieces.
